Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Jiamianjia (“we”, “us”) for use of the Android applications that link to this page (each, an “App”) and for use of this website. By installing or using an App, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.

If you obtained the App from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply. In a conflict about payment, refunds, or distribution, Google Play’s terms control those topics.

2. The service

Each App is a utility. Features vary. Some features work entirely on your device. Some Apps may offer optional online features that require a network connection. Some Apps may be ad-supported. We may change, limit, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as allowed by mandatory law. All rights not granted are reserved.

4. Your content

You retain rights in content you create, import, or store with an App. You are responsible for that content and for having the rights to use it. If you submit content to an optional online feature, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide that feature and to enforce these Terms (including abuse prevention). We do not claim ownership of your content or of results generated for you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use an App or this website to violate law, or to exploit, harm, or sexualize children;
• probe, disrupt, or overload our systems, or bypass rate limits or safety filters;
• use optional online features to produce malware, phishing, or other fraudulent material;
• misrepresent AI-generated text as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice;
• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.

We may refuse, rate-limit, or block requests, and we may stop providing the App to you if you breach these Terms.

6. Ads, online features, and purchases

If an App shows ads, ads are delivered by third-party networks; we do not control every ad’s content. If an App grants free credits, they have no cash value and may change. Results from AI or other online processing may be inaccurate; you must review them before you rely on them.

If a specific App offers paid subscriptions or one-time purchases, they are billed by Google Play under Google Play’s payment and refund rules. We do not receive your full payment card details.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. That policy is a ceiling: an App will not collect more than the policy allows. The Data safety section on the App’s store listing describes what that App actually does.

8. Third-party services

The App may open other apps or websites (for example when you share a file). Those services are not under our control. We are not responsible for third-party terms or content.

9. Disclaimer

THE APPS AND THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AN APP OR THIS WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN APP OR THIS WEBSITE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ZERO IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using an App by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections 4, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.

13. Changes

We may modify an App or these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.
