Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy is published by Jiamianjia (“we”, “us”). It applies to Android applications we publish that open this URL as their privacy policy (each, an “App”), and to this website.

By installing or using an App, or by browsing this website, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App or this website.

2. Default rules for Apps that link here

Unless a specific feature of the App you installed does otherwise — and unless this page is updated first:

• We do not require you to create an account, and we do not operate a user login.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising except as described in section 7 if that App shows ads.
• Content you create or import (photos, videos, files, notes, history, settings) is stored on your device by default. We cannot remotely open that on-device content.

3. Information that stays on your device

This is the default. Deleting an item in the App, clearing App data, or uninstalling the App removes the local data we stored, except copies you saved elsewhere (for example your system gallery or a file you exported).

If you use the system Share sheet, email, or another app, that transfer is initiated by you and is handled by that other app or service. It is not a disclosure we make.

4. Information that may leave the device

Nothing in this section happens unless the App you installed actually provides the corresponding feature, you use that feature, and (where required) you grant the related permission.

4.1 Optional online features (for example AI or server-side processing)

If an App offers a feature that cannot run only on the device, the content you submit for that feature is sent over HTTPS to our servers and may be processed by subprocessors we engage solely to produce the result you requested.

• We use that content to provide the feature, enforce abuse and content-moderation rules, and operate the service (including rate limits).
• We do not authorize those subprocessors to use your submitted content for their own advertising, and we do not use it to sell third-party ads.
• We do not keep the full submitted content as a permanent user profile. Technical metadata (feature type, approximate size, latency, a one-time request id, timestamps) may be logged for a limited period for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

4.2 Technical data on network requests

When an App or this website makes a network request, hosting and infrastructure providers may process standard logs: IP address, date and time, user-agent, requested URL, and similar connection metadata. This is used to deliver the page or API, keep the service available, and prevent abuse.

4.3 Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive the address and content you send, and we use them only to respond and to handle your request.

4.4 This website

This website is served by Firebase Hosting (Google). Opening these pages uses HTTPS and may create the technical logs in 4.2. An App does not need to upload your photos or files for you to read this policy.

5. Permissions

An App requests a permission only if a feature needs it. You may deny or later revoke it in system settings; the related feature may then be unavailable.

• Internet / network state — to load this policy or terms, and to run optional online features or ads if that App includes them.
• Camera — to capture a photo or video, or to scan a code, only while you use that feature.
• Photos, videos, audio, or files / storage — to display, organize, edit, save, or export media or documents you choose. The App does not upload your library unless you trigger an optional online feature.
• Notifications — optional alerts you enable (for example when a background task finishes).

We do not use permissions to collect contacts, SMS, call logs, or precise GPS unless a future feature requires it and this policy is updated first. An IP address seen on a network request is not precise GPS.

6. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the App or website you are using.
• To perform the feature you requested (including optional online processing).
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal use.
• To comply with law and valid legal process.
• To respond to your support or privacy requests.
• If the App shows ads, to deliver and measure those ads as described in section 7.

7. Advertising (only if your App shows ads)

Some of our Apps are ad-supported. If the App you installed does not show ads, this section does not apply — that App does not include advertising networks and does not use the advertising ID for ads.

If the App you installed does show ads, we may use Google AdMob and authorized partners to deliver and measure ads. Those partners may process a device advertising ID and coarse device information. You can opt out of ads personalization in your device settings (for example Google > Ads).

Authorized digital sellers for ad-supported Apps, when used, are listed in our app-ads.txt file.

8. Analytics and crash reporting (only if your App includes them)

If the App you installed includes a first-party or contracted analytics or crash SDK, it may process limited diagnostics (for example crash stacks or coarse usage events) to keep the App stable. If the App’s Data safety form does not list analytics or crash logs, that App does not include those SDKs and this section does not apply.

9. Sharing

We share information only as follows:

• Subprocessors who process data on our instructions (for example Google Firebase Hosting for this website; infrastructure or AI providers for an optional online feature; ad partners only if section 7 applies).
• Google Play as the distribution platform. If a specific App enables in-app purchases, payment is processed by Google; we do not receive your full payment card number.
• Legal disclosure if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.
• Business transfer if we merge, sell, or reorganize, under continuing confidentiality commitments consistent with this policy.

We do not sell personal information.

10. Cookies

The Android Apps do not use advertising cookies of their own. This legal website does not set advertising cookies. Browser storage for this site, if any, is only for serving the page.

11. Retention

• On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App.
• Submitted content for an optional online feature is processed to return a result and is not kept as a permanent content archive. Related technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted or aggregated.
• Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and our record-keeping obligations.

12. Security

Network features use HTTPS. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for the physical security of your device and for any lock, PIN, or vault feature the App offers.

13. International processing

We and our subprocessors may process information in countries other than yours, including where our hosting, AI, or (if applicable) advertising providers operate. We do so to provide the service you requested and under this policy.

14. Children

The Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Your rights

Because most App data stays on your device, you can access, export (copy/share), or delete it in the App or by uninstalling.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information we hold, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email golo21138@gmail.com. We may need enough information to identify the request (we do not have accounts). We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority where the law allows.

16. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes that expand collection or sharing will be posted here before they take effect in an App version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree, uninstall the App and stop using this website.
